A store cupboard staple. Gluten free organic oats are mixed with roasted hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and dried apple pieces. Raisins are added for a little sweetness and cinnamon and vanilla finishes this all off rather nicely! A great way to start the day!
All my overnight oat mixes are blended in a processor – which is why they are so quick to make! Great when you forget to do it the night before!

How to make your overnight oats
Take ½ cup (about 60g) of the OO mix and add around 100/120ml of cold milk / mylk. Stir lightly and leave to soak – your oats will be ready in 5 minutes, can also be left overnight in the fridge.
The longer you leave it the firmer it will become – so you may need to add more milk / mylk if you prefer your oats sloppier.
Serving suggestions
Why not top with sliced apple and a drizzle of almond butter? This is a perfect pairing with the roasted hazelnuts and subtle cinnamon.
