Refund policy


I value all our customers and want you to be pleased with your purchase. So, if there is something amiss with your order I want to do everything I can to put it right.

In the first instance please email:  Please quote your full name and order number and give a brief explanation of the situation. If it helps to send a photo – then please do so.

I will then reply to your email within 3 working days. Quite possibly sooner than that – but please allow 3 working days!

Please ensure you contact me within 7 working days of receiving your delivery.

Please note: The cost of postage incurred by returning an item(s) to me is non-refundable. A refund for the original cost of delivery is also non-refundable. This does not apply should we agree that you have received damaged or faulty goods – so please email me first and provide evidence (photographic or other relevant evidence) so that I can resolve the issue in a timely and cost effective manner for both parties. I really want you to be happy with both your purchases and the way I deal with any issues, should they arise. Thank you!
