A yummy combination of roasted coconut and ground coffee, mixed with gluten free organic oats, cacao nibs, dates, chia seeds and flax seeds - makes this a great morning choice. This one has a crunchy and gritty texture – from the cacao nibs and ground coffee.

All my overnight oat mixes are blended into quite a coarse powder – which is why they are so quick to make! Great when you forget to do it the night before!

*gluten free jumbo OATS (63%), coconut (13%), dates (dates, rice flour), *cacao nibs, *chia seeds, *flax seeds, *coconut milk powder (coconut cream (75%), rice maltodextrin, (25%)) (2.5%) espresso coffee, ground (2%)

How to make your overnight oats

Take ½ cup (about 60g) of the OO mix and add around 100/120ml of cold milk / mylk. Stir lightly and leave to soak – you oats will be ready in 5 minutes, but I like it left overnight in the fridge. Your pre-soaked oats will last 3 days when made up if kept in the fridge. The longer you leave it the firmer it will become – so you may need to add more milk / mylk if you prefer your oats sloppier.

Serving suggestions

Drizzle over a nut butter of your choice and add a sprinkle of Sunbird Grain free granola – a wonderful combination!
