Coconut heaven! And a great option if you don’t want it too sweet – the walnuts and cacao add a slight bitterness so please be aware!
Coconut and walnuts are roasted to extract their full flavour and combined with gluten free organic oats, cacao, dates, flax seeds, hemp hearts and sunflower seeds. A bitter chocolatey flavour sensation!
All my overnight oat mixes are blended in a processor – which is why they are so quick to make! Great when you forget to do it the night before!

How to make your overnight oats
Take ½ cup (about 60g) of the OO mix and add around 100/120ml of cold milk / mylk. Stir lightly and leave to soak – your oats will be ready in 5 minutes, can also be left overnight in the fridge.
The longer you leave it the firmer it will become – so you may need to add more milk / mylk if you prefer your oats sloppier.
Serving suggestions
Add some fresh berries, and a drizzle of maple syrup. Sprinkle a little of the Sunbird Choccie, hazelnut and sour cherry granola. Pure perfection!
